Exit Facility for Military Service Conscripts

For Iranian nationals, holders of Iranian passports who are subject to compulsory military service and have resided outside of Iran for more than three years, can travel to Iran twice every year (hijri shamsi) for a total of 90 days and can leave the country.
Notes:
- In order to receive the exit stamp, the country of residence mentioned in the passport must be India. Otherwise, one should first renew the passport and change the country of residence from Iran to India in the passport.
- This permit is granted to men 18 years old and above (up to those born in 1354 (1976)), who have an Iranian passport and do not have a completion of service or exemption card.
- Currently, the said stamp is valid until the end of 1405, and the person subject to receiving this stamp can travel to Iran twice a year and leave the country, provided that his stay in Iran does not exceed three months in total.
