Trading Visa

It is a visa for foreign nationals, including economic, commercial and industrial experts, businessmen and merchants with invitations from organizations, institutions, public and private companies to negotiate, conclude contracts, negotiate for trading and import and export.

Trading Visa:

  •     Applicants must apply for a visa through the relevant organizations, institutions, public and private companies (they should be visiting the Passport and Visa Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Obtaining visa grant notice and the same should be submitted to the Consulate General with all the necessary documents. (Action through Iran)
  •     As well as businessman in India can fill application (online) at our site (evisa.mfa.ir) and also upload the commercial documents such as incorporation certificate, import and export license, GST certificate and other relevant documents.

Important Note:

 - Kindly furnish complete address of the host or the person whom you shall be visiting in Iran.

 Required Documents:

  1. Original passport: The applicant's passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
  2. Visa application form from E-Visa
  3. Commercial documents
  4. Indian residence card: Applicants with a non-Indian passport are required to upload and provide the Indian residence card (i.e. visa or OCI).
  5. Payment of visa fee and bank receipt.  

Important Description:

- Kindly furnish complete address of the host or the person whom you shall be visiting in Iran.

- Refuses to send incomplete documents, otherwise the documents will be returned without any action.

- Any forged documents and unrealistic information will result in the rejection of the application and may result in a ban on entry into Iran. If any unrealistic documents or information are disclosed after the visa is issued, the border authorities can prevent the applicant from entering Iran.

- If we need to interview the applicant, you will be called personally to the consulate general.

- If the issued visa is valid for 90 days, it means that the applicant has 90 days to enter Iran and reside in Iran based on the period of residence.

- If the applicant, after entering Iran, for any reason requires to extend his stay, he must refer to the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs and immigration of the Law Enforcement Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran (police).
