Changing the old Shenasnameh (before the revolution)

 

Dear Iranians who have the old Shenasnameh (previous regime) and have not applied for a new Shenasnameh since 1357 AH, they can apply for a new Shenasnameh by applying in person and submitting the following documents.

  Required documents:

1- Filling the application form (for people who have their old Shenasnameh)

2- Filling the application form and reporting the loss of Shenasnameh (for people who have lost their old Shenasnameh).

3- Filling of the questionnaire.

4- Filling the application form for renewal of old documents

5- If you have the photo of Shenasnameh of father, mother, spouse or children

6- At least two of the following documents:

A- Passport

B- Completion/exemption card for military service (for men)

C- Educational documents

D. Driving license

E- Other Iranian documents

8- Foreign ID card or foreign passport

9- Four pieces latest colour photo (taken in the last week) 4 x 6 full face with white background, without glasses, hat and Islamic hijab for women.

10- A copy of the marriage or divorce certificate for applicants whose Shenasnameh shows marriage or divorce.

11- The copy of the Shenasnameh of the applicant's children and the applicant's spouse
