Required document:

1- Completing the application form

2- The original Shenasnameh

3- Smart ID card (kart melli)

4- The cost of translating the first page of the Shenasnameh: 2100 rupees

5- The cost of translation of all pages of the Shenasnameh (including the details of spouse and children): 3150 rupees
