All compatriots living in India who have reached the age of 15 and have a valid photo shenasnameh can come to this Consulate General by making an appointment in person and submitting the following documents to apply for a national smart card.

  Required Documents:

1- Completing the national smart card application form.

Please note that it is mandatory to write the full address of Iran along with the postal code (addresses of relatives are also accepted) and the active mobile phone number of Iran in the mentioned form. In addition, the mobile number does not have to be in the applicant's name.
