Attestation of Power of Attorney of Foreign Nationals

To confirm the power of attorney of a foreign citizen who needs a power of attorney to carry out his affairs in Iran, he takes action as follows:

1- Preparing the context of power of attorney through a lawyer or using examples available on the Internet

2- The above-mentioned power of attorney should be attested by a Notary Public

3- Simultaneously after notary public it has to be attested by GAD (Government Administration Department) new Mantralaya building 9th floor.

4- After the above-mentioned formalities are completed the same document has to be brought to the Consulate General of Iran in Mumbai for attesting the sign and signature of the GAD after payment of the mentioned fees.
