Attestation of Educational Documents
(For Foreigners)
To attest educational documents issued in India, it must first be verified and attested by the Human Resources Department in Government of Maharashtra HRD (new Mantralaya Bldg., 2nd floor) and then it should be attested by the Government of Maharashtra GAD (new Mantralaya Bldg, 9th floor), and then submit to the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai for final attestation.
Notes:
1- To be certified, educational documents must be attested by the Government of Maharshtra (Mantralaya), as in the Original.
2- Please note that do the procedure as above mentioned for attestation of any educational documents.
3- This procedure is only for Foreigners. The educational documents of Iranian national should be attested through other procedure in mikhak site.
