Lessee Passé

Dear applicants,

For Iranians without passport who intends to return to Iran and it is not possible to issue a passport at the Consulate General for any reason, a Lessee passé will be issued upon written request of the applicant.

•    To request a Lessee passé, you must first register in the mikhak site, and after receiving the password, complete the information, upload the related files, and receive the tracking code receipt from the said system. Obviously, without receiving the tracking code, it is not possible to issue a pass.

•     The validity period of the pass is 20 days from the date of issue.

Documents required issuing a Lessee passé:

1- Obtaining of the tracking code from the Mikhak system

2- Completing the Lessee passé application form at the Consulate General

2- The original valid Iranian photo ID (shenasnameh, national card, driving license or other valid document)

3- Two new colour photos 4 x 3 (related to a recent month) full face with white background, without glasses, hat and scarf. The photo of women over 9 years old should be in hijab.

4- Paying the fee for issuing a Lessee passé

5- Preparing a confirmed (OK) ticket to Iran.

Note: For people under 18 years of age, application form in Mikhak system will be filled through the father.
